Payment and Interest: All invoices are due and payable in full by the date specified on the original invoice. Any undisputed amounts remaining unpaid past the due date shall accrue interest from the date of delinquency until paid in full. Interest will be calculated at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted under applicable Arizona law, whichever is lower.

Collections: In the event that collection actions become necessary, the Buyer agrees to be responsible for all associated costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court expenses.
