BioFlora Iron®


BioFlora Iron® is a concentrated formulation seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum) extracts with chelated iron. This product is ideal for applications to soils for increasing root zone development in all types of plants. Foliar applications should be used to help inhibit iron chlorosis in leaves. The organic components of this product are designed to help increase the plant’s photosynthate production. Natural growth hormones such as auxins, cytokinins and gibberillins from seaweed extracts are used for root stimulation and development.

Application Details

Apply at a rate of 3-6 ounces per 1,000 sq. ft. or 2-5 gallons per acre. Dilute at a minimum rate of 1 part product to 10 parts water. Mix prior to application. Maximum dilution not critical.


Use alone or with any common use fertilizers. Jar test for compatibility before mixing. Shake or circulate before use. Timing and frequency of application should be based on soil and tissue testing. For foliar and soil applications.

Storage and Handling

Store in original container in a cold dry place out of direct sunlight. In case of accidental exposure, flush with water. Product is nonhazardous. May stain clothing. Wear eye protection. Protective gloves recommended.
