Reducing BOD and TSS at a Beverage Manufacturer – Testimonial

Thank you for taking the time to visit our location and formulating a Probiotic for our ponds.

Mt. Angel for the past 20 years has been working to reduce the BOD and TSS in our ponds with little to no success.

We found that during the summer months the ponds would perform at a level that would keep our discharge cost in check.

The results started to show up in June with a 25% reduction in our wastewater discharge cost. This reduction covered the cost of the Probiotic Scrubber for the year.

During the winter months we would have a difficult time in achieving any results at all and this would burden us with unpredictable higher cost for the discharge.

Your company brought ProBiotic Scrubber II into our facility to try out. We started the introduction of this into Pond 1, 2 and 3.

The results started to show up in June with a 25% reduction in our wastewater discharge cost.

This reduction covered the cost of the Probiotic for the year. By December we had a 73% reduction in cost and our BOD charges were eliminated.

YTD we have saved 63% on cost with no BOD charges and our TSS cost nearly reduced to 0.

I would recommend anyone who is challenged with the burden of BOD or TSS to give this a try.

The consistent results that we have experienced on a whole have been staggering and the savings on our cost a bonus.
Sincerely,
