Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Testimonial

Brinjac Engineering, Inc. worked with a local dairy in Pennsylvania to utilize ProBiotic Scrubber® II (PBII) which would handle some of their specific issues: odors, fats, oil and grease, and enhanced treatment of dairy process.

I observed the existing wet well pump station which previously was covered in grease, fats and a foul odor. After one year of applying BioLynceus® ProBiotic Scrubber® II at the dairy into the pump station, the wet well is now clean and grease free.

We have been under construction at the dairy for more than 9 months to place a new pre-treatment process into service and because of this the existing digester was demoed and the existing treatment tank had to hold all of the sludge solids.

BioLynceus® ProBiotic Scrubber® II was added to ensure that sludge in the aeration tank was digested under aeration and that no sludge wasting was needed for more than nine months. PBII also aided in no detriment to the process and no odors occurred during this time.
