During the start-up of the new City of Salida WWTP, BioLynceus® was retained to provide inoculant biology (ProBiotic Scrubber® II) to aid in the aging of the new biomass. This procedure produced an effluent discharge that met state environmental limits for ammonia well within 30 days.
The Mahogany Research Facility (Shell Frontier Oil & Gas) was having FOG issues and BioLynceus® provided a biological additive that was introduced up-stream within the collection system. As a result, the entire collection system remained clear and the FOG issues within the equalization tank of the plant were greatly reduced.
